Omar
Former West Michigan Whitecap Omar Infante was the only player to really show up in the World Series for the Tigers (other than the gallant pitchers, who literally had 0 run support…). All he really has to show for this is a broken hand, but, hey, at least he got on base, unlike the rest of his teammates. Maybe he and Sean Casey should start their own little club, or something…

Omar is an example of perseverance and inspiration and I think it’s the least that he can receive after so many achievements to his team. Omar is the combination of strength, coordination and discipline …… He deserves it..
Jake-he did right by the Tigers after he was traded back. Nothing spectacular, but he did play pretty solid. In the WS certainly better than the rest of the team.
